kids Halloween party

Can you believe this, that old SCARRY, GOUAL VISITING, TRICK OR TREAT night has come around again? And of course we will be having the Kids special Halloween Party complete with the costumes, but please, no masks. We have young ones that are terrified of masks, and we don’t to spoil the day for them. Hey adults, you can dress up too. There will be games with prizes, good food, and possibly some surprises. This will be Oct. 29th from 1:00 to 3:00. Hope to see you with your "young’ens" there. Gonna surely miss out on a good time if you don’t make it.

JAMMING TIME

The Lodge has a great treat for everyone. A Band Jamming Good time on Sat., Oct. 22nd, from 6:00 to 9:00 PM in the big hall. We will also have Hamburgers and Hot Dogs for sell that night. And let’s not forget the best thing about this special event, 50 cent a glass for DRAFT BEER. How’s that sound for good night at the Lodge. How many of you are going to put Oct. 22 on your event calendar? Come out and enjoy a good time fellowship with the Moose.

LEGION NEWS

Legion breakfast went really good. We had 21 people and it seemed everyone enjoyed the good food and fellowship. Hats off to all the cooks. There will be no Legion Breakfast in October because of the Legion Frolic.

So do not forget the Legion Frolic, that will be here at Shreveport Lodge October 14,15,and 16. Please come out bring a friend. A lot of things will be going on. Support your Lodge and Legion, sign up members.
